Letting agreement help!

Options
Hello,

I need to draw up a letting agreement for the rental of a room in a shared house, just a simple "you pay rent i pay bills" type of thing, i have had a google but all the ones online need paying for.

Does anybody here have a draft they would mind sharing or a link to a free site?

Any help would be much appreciated as i am in a bit of a bind.

Thank you:o

like a lodgers agreement or is it for a room in a house which is already let?

    Lodgers agreement sounds right.

My Mom owns her house and is a bit short of cash so was thinking of letting a room to my brothers uni mate. I just want to make sure she has all the paperwork right so she is protected.
