Just had the computer back from repair at pc world. Factory settings are restored etc due to a virus. I tried to list an ebay listing and when it comes to the browse pictures part it does not automatically bring up pics as before. I have re loaded the software for the camera and when I did some pics they are loaded but to a small file instead of in my pictures section on the end of pics list. Any ideas how to get it back to how it used to work ??
Thanks...
I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Well you said factory settings presumably it was formatted and therefore there will be no pic on the computer used on ebay.0

You don't say what OS nor what browser you are using, but you're probably using a variant of Windows with IE.
Is it possible that the security level is set so that active content (e.g. Javascript) is not allowed? If so, you could set a lower security level, but a much safer answer would be to leave it as it is and to add Ebay to your "Trusted Sites List" in IE.0
