Read the article on the Bank Accounts forum?

This is still down. Doesn't anyone that works for HBOS read this site and can tell us what's going on!!0
-
It isn't still down. It's been accessible - but stumbling - since early afternoon.
If you're accessing from Favourites - you need to click the link .....get the IE unavailable display .... then click the Favourite link again and you'll get the Login page. Once you get in ...... if you click on a Savings link it will come straight up. If you click on a Current Account link it will give unavailable ..... page back .... do it again .... and it works.
All a bit mysterious ...... but there if you try ..... and easier if you use the main thread on the Bank accounts page.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
Thanks for that. It works, still seems a bit weird though0

Just made a transfer from Halifax to LTSB. (It wouldn't let me early this morning.)
Pretty much instantaneous arrival in LTSB.0 -

Alternatively, pressing F5 (or, if that doesn't work, Ctrl+F5) will bring it up after a 'page cannot be displayed' message.
Otherwise appears to be fine now.0 -
I sometimes have problems with HBOS. Often seems to be at the beginning of a month, presumably when a lot of people are using the site. Often seems to be in "syrup" and I need to log off and on again between transactions. Really annoying.0
