Sony Vaio laptop help !!!

Hi,
I have a Sony Vaio laptop....VGN-NR32Z series....Wi fi switch on the front is on...but keeps cutting off as soon as i log on...checked device driver etc.....states up to date...wi fi router fine as using another laptop to write this.... tried everything i can think of...rebooting etc...driving me nuts... Can anyone please help me ??? I would greatly appreciate it. :j

Have you tried switching the channel, you might be getting interference. I'm not really techie but I just thought I might try to help
