I've spent £12.40 = £10 on a taxi to work as I was just to tired to ride my bicycle at 530am and then I spent £2.40 getting home.
I only tend to spent money near paydays or when I go shopping with my OH, but am currently working 10 shifts in a row so I don;t normally spend any money as I don't go out or do much when I have to work."I AM THE GATEKEEPER OF MY OWN DESTINY" Nacho Libre

I need this thread. It makes me think about what I'm doing with my money every day - I don't spend a penny without confessing it on here!

Today, just £1 contribution to some flowers for a funeral. I don't normally agree with flowers at funerals, my feeling being that if you care about someone you should give them flowers when they're alive to enjoy them. However, this unfortunate chap had no family or friends and will be having a 'pauper's funeral' courtesy of Social Services. He was known to the team in which I work, and someone decided to have a quick whip round as a mark of respect, so on this occasion I have relented.Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0 -
I think that £1 was worth it, it's Sorry state when you've no one that you love/loved at your funeral."I AM THE GATEKEEPER OF MY OWN DESTINY" Nacho Libre
