I guess the $64,000 question is "when will we see normal transactions?" .

And of course, what level constitutes "normal transactions" at the start of a housing cycle and right after a crash.

IMO, 60,000 isn't far away from it.

Especially given the time of year.

The key to what lies ahead is how the BoE and UK Government will return to normality from where they are right now. Clearly a base rate of 0.5% isn't compatable with borrowing £200,000,0000,000 a year for very long.
  • The banks are just one source of lending.

I recently downloaded an ebook called "Small Business Funding secrets", from the site of the same name(but put hyphens between each word) and there is a list of about 20 different ways to get funding for a business idea or even an existing business. They even have a contact in their for business angels or high net worth individuals who are looking to lend money as they are getting poor returns on their existing investments.

I'd give it a go if I were you.

    Cheers

The terms of the finance deal often discourage business owners from sacrificing their often years of hard work.
