Capital 1

COMPLAINT>
The time to contact Capital 1 customer service is excessive.

I had to listen to repeated recorded messages about services available on the internet and my balance, minimum payments etc before I could speak to the call centre. The lady I spoke with had a very strong (indian:confused:) accent and was unable to understand me. I had to phone a second time and suffer the protracted recorded message system once more.

All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.
  • Move to First Direct, no automated systems, phones answered by a real person usually within about 20 seconds:D and all english call centres as well
