The time to contact Capital 1 customer service is excessive.
I had to listen to repeated recorded messages about services available on the internet and my balance, minimum payments etc before I could speak to the call centre. The lady I spoke with had a very strong (indian
) accent and was unable to understand me. I had to phone a second time and suffer the protracted recorded message system once more.

Move to First Direct, no automated systems, phones answered by a real person usually within about 20 seconds:D and all english call centres as well0
