OS medicines and remedys?

Hello!

I have a horrible cold and would love to know some good old style remedys for future reference and also to help me feel a bit better today and get something done instead of feeling sorry for myself.

I was at work yesterday when two people came in and ordered lemonade warmed up in the microwave they said this helped clear the sinuses so I have one contribution to the thread but sadly no lemonade with me today lol.
