Never had such an appalling attitude. I wanted a Hannspree netbook which had cashback until midnight new years eve. The website said open until 5.45pm. Telephone message stated closed. Tried to order through website, IE8 and Chrome would not allow purchase, eventually managed through firefox only to find that as they would not ship until new year they would charge the increased VAT rate. When I spoke to them today they would rather cancel than allow the order to go through at the correct price. Needless to say I have accepted cancellation and will never again deal with them - can you imagine what would happen if there was a problem with your order ???
