I work for Preferential although I have nothing to do with the competitions. I have just spoken to our office and they have assured me that someone will be in touch to arrange delivery of the prize.
The competition is not a 'con' and you will receive your prize, however as with all competitions you do need to allow a bit of time for the prize delivery to be arranged, due to the recent bank holidays and time of year the correct people have not been in the office and today is the first 'proper' working day of the year and the first official working day since you received the email, so please give us a little time.
