i won but is this a con?

i had a email from Preferential Travel Insurance to say i had won a bottle of champagne in their competition to win a holiday in egypt.won this on the 31st?
is said a representative from the company would call shortly to arrange delivery of prize. nothing nada nout any one got any ideqas how to handle this one?

I doubt it's a con - the competition is still mentioned onthe site (as closed) and if it was the 31st you heard, then they've probably not had the right staff in.

It can often take a while for prizes to be confirmed/reach you and as thetoothfairy says there probably hasn't been many staff in over Christmas. Give it a while longer but if you still haven't heard in a few weeks contact them
