Hi Guys, Just received my first order from Virgin wines, well yesterday chilled a bottle of rare print series chardonnay on offer at 5.99 from 11.99 its bloody like water, i bought two bottles what do i do complain and send the other one back and they credit my account, anyone who knows please tell, if i'd paid 11.99 i'd be well miffed i can tell you.

Yup! It says:

Quality - If you buy any of our wines and you don't like a bottle, we will credit your account for the full amount for that bottle. If you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, then we will refund the whole case, including delivery, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you, provided of course that you have only drunk one bottle from the case.

So don't open another bottle!

Blast, that's one of the ones I bought, too. It sounded pretty good from the customer reviews. Oh well, I'll have to see. They might be getting a phone call from me about it.

Had a bottle of Spanish white tonight - the Sanz Rueda Verdejo. Supposed to be a lookee likee for a N.Z. Sauvignon Blanc......um...yes well...the kiwis have nothing to worry about. Is drinkable but that's all imo :-/

I guess the downside of their no quibble guarantee is that the refund is a credit to your virginwines account, could be years before we all finally clear our accounts if all their wines are ruddy awful!
