Paypal Q - 2 accounts, 1 card?

Is it possible to add 1 credit card to 2 paypal accounts? OH and I have our own ebay accounts attached to our own paypal accounts. We both have our own debit cards attached to PayPal, but I also have my credit card on as a backup payment method for PayPal. OH doesn't have a credit card he can use, and sometimes it's a nuisance.

Can he add my credit card to his paypal account as well?

If it's not possible to use 1 card on 2 accounts, could we add a different credit card (in my name) to his account instead?

We have the same address, but different names, if that matters.

If a card is already added to a paypal account you cannot register it with another. Officially you should not be able to add another card in someone elses name to your account but you can in a back door kind of way. You cant do it directly as it wont let you change the name if you yty and add directly via paypal but when you go to pay for something on ebay click add funding options you can the add a new card that way. It will then appear on the paypal account. We registered my wifes card with my paypal that way. Technically I don;t think your meant to do it but my wifes card has been registered to my account for 5 years with no problems and is frequently used as well
