Re-upholstering furniture

Hi not sure this is the right place, but, can anyone recommend a good book which will show me how to reupholder two sofa's?

if you mean to remake just the covering, its fairly simple diy stuff.
modern sofas are made very quickly and cheaply by unskilled labour. there are no real difficult areas in most of em. (chipboard/foam sponge and a staple gun).
remove the old covering, very carefully! this will be your pattern to make the new one.
cut the new patterns out leaving an inch all round for the seams.
get the mother/wife/GF on the sewing machine.
and get yourself a decent (ie stanley) staple gun.Get some gorm.0 -
