Anyone got a recipe for cinnamon and raisin swirl bread, the kind that you roll up with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon in the middle
I can't find a recipe in UK measures so if anyone has one that would be fab, especially if the dough can be done in a breadmaker

I don't have specific recipe but when I want to make something like this (which is right now, now you've mentioned them!) I just use a recipe for a basic white loaf. Add some raisins to the dough and when it has risen roll it out, smear with a mixture of butter, cinnamon and sugar, roll into a big fat sausage, tuck in the ends and place in a loaf tin and bake.
We have a thread about using bread dough in all sorts of creative ways
