Help defrosted fridgemaster fridge freezer

Options
I thought i noticed my milk was not cold this morning but thought not a lot of it, then this afternoon I found my whole contents of the fridge and freezer have perished pretty much. The light is on but there's no noise coming from it so i think the motor must be broken.

What can i do? anything or wait till tomorrow and claim on my contents insurance? I don't know if this is a fixable thing - am living on my own, in my first flat away from parents and it's a sunday night so not able to call anyone out..... and sloshy food is not appealing....it could have been broken all night for all i know, not used the fridge today until now

its a fridgemaster MTRF222 and is passed the guarantee by 6 months!! (great!!)
