Holiday Ideas anyone

For holidays for the last 4 years we have done the same thing. Boring I know but it suits us! We end up doing the same thing because we have a good time but I wondered if anyone had any ideas.
We usually go to Center Parcs once or twice for a midweek break. But it seems to be very expensive this year.
We have also gone to https://www.osborneclub.co.uk in the summer holidays. We swim, play tennis, hang out on the beach looking for crabs (them not me, I read) then wander into Torquay for a meal.
I have two boys aged 12 and 15.
Now they are older they like to stay in bed till lunch time, active ish afternoon, eat out for an evening meal, hang out with us for a bit then go on msn with their friends. We usualy take a laptop then they can do this.
My husband and I like to chill. We don't like to be entertained like Butlins etc.
We are not into pubs and clubs.
Has anyone anywhere to suggest maybe like Osborne Club?
If not I can see us ending up doing the same thing again.
