Major apologies for not doing this when I said, but everyone in the house collapsed with major virus Mon pm except for me and ds2 and this is the ist time I have got back to the computer.
Thankyou Thriftlady. I found mine quite soft but I wondered if it was because I made quite large ones. Am going to try again with a smaller size.“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

Mine were soft too, sort of a cross between a cake and a biscuit but tasty all the same. DS2 finished them all off and was well impressed with them!;)Do what you love :happyhear0 -

Yes, when I mentioned to dh etc about making them firmer next time the whole family forbade me to alter the recipe one tiny bit. The kids took them to school in their biscuit holders from Lakeland and apparently they survived.
