    Major apologies for not doing this when I said, but everyone in the house collapsed with major virus Mon pm except for me and ds2 and this is the ist time I have got back to the computer.

    Thankyou Thriftlady. I found mine quite soft but I wondered if it was because I made quite large ones. Am going to try again with a smaller size.

    Mine were soft too, sort of a cross between a cake and a biscuit but tasty all the same. DS2 finished them all off and was well impressed with them!;)

    Yes, when I mentioned to dh etc about making them firmer next time the whole family forbade me to alter the recipe one tiny bit. The kids took them to school in their biscuit holders from Lakeland and apparently they survived. These are small flat containers that are designed just to hold 2 digestives so there isn't a lot of room to move around.
