                    Hi guys,
Not sure if any of you know much about them so excuse my technical information as im clueless about them lol. This is a copy of a draft of a letter im sending to them:
If you can help on official routes would be good
"
I bought a HPI Nitro car from you on the 16th December and it was a Christmas present. I have managed to get to use it twice what with all the snow and ice etc, once briefly yesterday and once today.

I did all the normal running in tests all ok and allowed it to be ran in turning circles

I started it up all ok earlier on today but then I noticed the engine just revving and revving louder and louder and me pressing the receiver just making it louder and not making the wheels turn. I took it home to have a look at the engine to see if I could notice anything obviously wrong and saw that the main drive wheel to the four wheels basically had had the teeth missing and completely cut and appears to not been connected properly and that’s why it would never of connected together for long periods of time and would have always cut it down ten times quicker than normally should of allowed. The six screws underneath the car are not loose so this wouldn’t have allowed any movement so it just appears to have not been connected properly.

Given that I have had this car officially for two weeks I don’t feel that this is a given amount of time to have lasted and needed repairing.
