Westlife cd for £3 - Got 2 of these for the 'Couples Night in Baskets'

    `!

Loving the idea for couples night in baskets Knelley can you give me ideas of what else you would put into it??? :T
  • A thought came to me at about 1am (yeah I know it's sad;) ) for the girly baskets. Make little drawer fresheners. Use an old net curtain, sew it into little pouches, fill with pot pourri and tie with a ribbon. I'm off to have a nap now, I was up late lol.:rotfl:

    I found these:

    http://www.gobazaar.co.uk/promo.asp?viewPage=1

Stuff for a fiver or a tenner, look on the right hand side.

There's cute little lava lamps which use your usb (in blue and pink): £5
also watches for £5 and £10, they look quite nice, do for a stocking filler or perhaps a first watch.

    http://www.harrods.com

There is a sale on there, I know Harrods isn't known for it's cheapness but most stuff seems to be reduced, you should be able to get cash back from some websites too.

    Also Past Times:
    https://www.past-times.co.uk
some of the stuff has been discontinued and can't be bought or os out of stock but seems to be good anyway for the stuff that is there

Not a sale but they looked yummy:

    Green and cheap:

There's some kitchen gadgets like a bread prolonger for £1, some nice soap for £2.00, some lovely ceramic rose door handles for 50p each, in all different colours, they are lovely and you could make a nice change on a chest of drawers.

    Anyway try http://www.shopsafe.co.uk/
    for more stuff.

    Hope this helps

  • In Debenhams at the moment, there's a jewelry sale, and I managed to get some silver items (a ring, necklace and earrings) for under a fiver each, which is cheap considering it's silver! Plus there's the costume jewelry at £2 a piece!! Found myself a few xmas presents out of there myself!! :T

Hi,I signed up with prezzybox.com and recieved a code for £5 (no minimum spend,it said). They have a few interesting things for kids that you could get without spending anymore (other than p&p) or a little extra. I hope this helps somebody, as I said they have some unique presents.

just managed to got 2 chocolate moulds for 71p from ebay!! a christmas tree one and a heart shapped one. Im gonna do little bags of chocolates for my rellies, and maybe sell a few too.

does anyone know of a good place to get the little foil squares to wrap them up in, or the little cellophane bags from cheaply?
You're so very special, I wish I was special

why not ask your local florist if they can spare a few sheets of celophane ,( they are usually very pretty ), just cut out a circle and tie with ribbon ,, so they stand upright put a circle of card in the bottom ..
you could curl the ribon and add a home made gift tag .
thres plenty of paper companys doing free card/paper samples , you can pick up some really pretty stuff .

or reuse the lovely silver bubble envelopes from zed . cut circles out of those for the bottoms .. . im doing some now they look great
can also do this for wedding guests just put sugared almonds in the little packages
