    I won on my first go when they were giving out 50 spins (I think someone slipped when they were setting up the system).
    I hadn't received an email so I sent a message to them and got a prompt reply with a link to claim my prize and put in the my address details etc.
    My name is still on winners list as well so should be good for a pair of t-shirts.
    T&Cs state one per person or household, so I think they'll delete everyone with multiple wins (hopefully they'll let you keep one win) and dish out the rest to others, or put them in the comp again.

    Did you play last month? Or November as they don't send prizes until the end of the month in which they've been won and they could have been delayed with Christmas.
