Question about eBay shop

Last month I posted about wanting to open an eBay shop, and was helped a lot on here. I have now opened my eBay shop, but having some problems concerning fees.
I designed a listing using Turbo Lister. I couldn't find any option that would allow me to put the listing into one of my shop categories, so I listed it as normal. Then, within eBay I edited the item and placed it into the relevant shop category.
However, when I check my seller accout, I am still being charged for the item as if it is a normal auction.
Anyone know any reasons for this?
Cheers.

Where you went wrong was on the first page of turbo on the 'create a new item' page, there are choices to make either 'auction' 'fixed price' and 'shop' so you mustn't have clicked shop.0

When I was calculating fees, a message about updates came up, and I downloaded them.0
