How much is an FTB property where you live?

Is your social circle all well paid professionals though? Even a couple on 'average/normal' wage in these types of areas would struggle to raise funds to buy more than a 1 bed flat round here.0

Surrey does have flats priced at around £150k and i can't see them all owned and purchased by investors... those flats would be one, two or three bedroom flats so it wouldn't be too hard for a couple to buy.
What areas of Surrey have/had 2 or 3 bed flats for 150k?? (not including ex Local Authority flats). do you live in Surrey?? Even where I am now 150k is more of a 1 bed flat price and this is a cheapish part.
I was also referring to a couple on average wages, even if they were on 20k each (and plenty of people in Surrey are on less) as a couple even a 150k flat is a lot.0 -

It used an average FTB price of £133,000, which seems high to me for most areas outside London/South East.
So a simple question, what town or county do you live in, and how much are the least expensive, entry level, FTB type properties, one or two bed flats there, or within a reasonable (45 minute) commute.
No shared ownership, studio flats, homebuy, static caravans, etc. Just normal properties with at least one bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc, and it should be easily mortgageble, so no dodgy, crack den, ex LA 26th floor of a tower block.
I'll start....
For Entry level properties...
Aberdeen.
1 bed flat in the city, £75K.
2 bed flat in the city, £110K.
3 bed terrace in the city, £150K
1 bed flat within a 45 minute commute, £50K,
2 bed flat within same, 70K.
3 bed terrace within same, 100K.
You can get obviously also pay far more for better areas or properties, but these are not bad areas, and are places I would have considered acceptable when I was a student in Uni or just starting out, for example.
Don't you live in Scotland?
The people reading these posts are predominately English. The Scottish and English housing markets are completely different. After all Scottish house prices are falling like a stone and most of England is holding up.0 -

I can find a couple just over where I am mind you I’m nearly in Hampshire0 -

Note. This does not imply I live in Tyne & Wear. I may have Googled a map and looked for a town nearby. Do not believe anything you read on the internet.0 -

the Average Mean Salary is £24,863 and the Average Median Salary is £32,673.
for a couple it's not going to be hard to buy that flat. for a single person they need to be on the median salary or above i imagine.0
