Argh! And I am buying these for the girls bedroom that we are re-painting in a few weeks.
And I have no way to get to Ikea today!

Our IKEA in gateshead sold out 5000 (aparently) in 20 minutes. I missed out but to say it was bedlam would be an understatement. It appears some peoples lives depended on them getting 6 chairs for 6p. Better luck next Sunday/Monday!0

When this was last on but the score was a draw...someone had contacted their local store in Scotland and they were told that they would honour it....might be worth a phone call if you are really interested!:j0 -
SUCCESSS.................... hubby reckoned I wouldn't do it, but I managed to get 6 white folding chairs which apparently retail at £6.49 each, my mother was with me and I got her 6 red folding chairs, so 12 in total !!!! for 12p - yes 12 pence, total bargain.
The crowds, pushing etc was terrible, one little child had a chair snatched off her, (I found her another one) it wasn't very pleasant with lots of pushing, elbowing and near chaos at one point.
Still I survived and my chairs are great for 1p each. The crowds however were madness.
Welshy xxI am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

The cashier when I handed over my six shiny pennies said it was a one off, and people appeared to be going to their cars with their chairs, emptying the trolley and going back in for more !

Well done Welshy ........ not just for getting your own chairs but helping the child get hers. I'm sure the kittens will enjoy snoozing on them!0
