how to create iframes?

in Techie Stuff
i have googled but nothning worked, i want to add iframes to pages and in them different sites, the ones that are blocked at internet cafes and librarys.... the main one i would like it iloveim.com or e-messenger.net or any web messenger that i can sign into msn hotmail with, once i have got them i could just change the url to put more sites.

I wouldn't imagine an Iframe would get round any blocking
Rather than an Iframe you could use http://www.bitty.com/
You can embed it in a page like a mini browser0 -

scrolling="yes" or "no"
then height and width, use absolute heights and widths as percentages do not really work with iframes. If you set scrolling to yes then you'll have no problem with varying heights of webpages in sites you have in the iframes.0
