I've got an American Express credit card that gives me cashback but how do you claim that money back? Is it just an automatic process? If so how and when???
Thanks in advance.

The cashback accumulates over the year and get paid on the card anniversary. It is added as credit to your statement. There is a min spend requirements so have a good read of the t&c.0

It gets creditited to your account on the 13th statement.
Keep using the card (they cancel some if they go dormant).
You don't have to put everything on it but at least buy say one lot of petrol or food every month.
Make sure you meet the minimum requirement for the payout (£3K for platinum cashback).
Once it's credited you can either spend it or ask for a BACs transfer to your bank account.0
