Another phone question

Just sold my old nokia phone. Stated in the auction that bidders must have at least 3 positive feedback and that I would not send abroad.
Think you know whats coming next :rolleyes:

Last minute bidder who joined yesterday, no feedback and wants it sent to Canada.

Ive offered it as a second chance offer but will I have to pay 2 lots of final value fees and how do I cancel the winning bidder?

I'm guessing that the Canadian buyer hasn't yet paid. I would email the buyer and say unfortunately you don't ship abroad. Have you not set your bidder requirements e.g blocking overseas eBayers, eBayers with 0 feedback e.t.c

In seven days time you will have to file a NPB dispute and follow that process in order to reclaim your FVF.

Already sent him an email and hes replied asking me to send it to his son in Africa!
Knew it was a scam but didnt know how to get my fvf back.
Thanks for your reply, will email back again and tell him the sad news that he will have to find his son another birthday present!

On day 7 just start the NPB against the first winner and once that is completed you'll get your FVFs back.

Thanks for all the advice.
Not heard anything from him since I emailed and told him I wouldnt send it abroad. Have sold the phone as a second chance offer. Will claim my fees back after 7 days.
