Good evening money savers,
I have a problem which is now driving me mad i dont know if its just me or if it has happened to anyone else, it first started when i logged out of my Quidco account the page then went white and at the bottom right corner where it normally says done (when page is loaded) it reads transferring data from surveys.cnet.com...
but the page stays blank and i can no longer lot on to my account this always happens on the quidco site, not its just happened on the co op site.
If anyone has any ideas please advise, many thanks Kelly

If you try pressing F5, to refresh the page, what happens?
Can you still not access the Quidco site? What browser are you using?Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -
I've just logged onto mine, and they are running a survey, but you have to click to take it, otherwise just logout normally and close the tab/window it was in. Sounds like you've clicked to do the survey but the survey site's struggling with something. Run CCleaner, as it may just be a temp file hanging...try that and post back.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

No...If you click through with one browser, that is the browser you must do the shopping in.
It might be worth clearing cookies/temp internet files in firefox and trying again.0 -
