    I have had a pretty shyttie day:( work was a total nightmare and I have just got in from 8.30am this morning........

    Breakfast - Bagel with jam
    Lunch - a yogurt (someone stole my sandwiches out of the fridge:mad:)
    Dinner - a mug shot, some fruit, packet of skips

    ........so I came home starving and in the space of 20mins I have had

    a packet of Doritos
    2 finger kit cat
    2 slices of white toast with butter spread

    Sorry:(
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
