Pci or Pci express help???

Hi, i have recently bought a philips iqon.ie MS-7211 4.1, i was wanting to upgrade my graphics card but im not sure if it just takes pci or pci express or even both, i went into my control panel and tride to find out, i cant remember what page i got up but did see pci bus 1 but i really dont understand, so if anyone could help me out i would be very grateful thanks.

if you open the case then it should say on the motherboard next to the PCI/PCI-E slot which it is - also whether its x4, x8 x16 etc.Don't try to teach a pig to sing - it wastes your time and annoys the pig0

Going from a little bit of Googling, I'd say it has 2x PCI slots (not PCI-Express) and an AGP slot - you use the AGP slot for graphic cards, as it is the slot with the fastest transfer speeds on that motherboard.Everybody is equal; However some are more equal than others.0

PCI-Express x16 slots are those used for graphics cards, they are usually a differant colour and have a locking mechanism on one end.Never Knowingly Understood.

Inside the case, does it have a motherboard like this:
msi PM8M3-V


If so, it uses an AGP graphics card:

Try downloading PCWizard 2010 from here http://www.cpuid.com/ it will give you all the info on your computer.0
