Our local branch of HDN is run by a husband and wife team and they are A1 fantastic. Always 100% honest friendly and reliable and always deliver early in the day. I just wanted to give them a pat on the back and I am glad that lakeland limited use them

My "local" branch is 20 miles from the city it claims to serve. It's in the back end of beyond and requires a Sat Nav to find until you've done the trip several times. I've never managed to see a driver but they clearly have problems ringing bells or leaving cards as they never do the former and the only time I get a card is when it's shoved under the main door of the block of flats I live in so that it can get trampled on and eventually reach me 3 days later when either I spot it or someone takes pity on me.
