If you're going in June/July you'll get a break at Centre Parcs at a reasonable price as the price hike doesn't happe until the summer holidays. Great for kiddies under 6 !!!0

we havent found anything yet. we quite fancy center parcs but seems to be expensive. we have been to a few haven sites that have been good and also butlins and pontins. which are a no go this time round. we will also try the sun holidays.0

Kiln Park Haven,Tenby is a good one : http://www.haven.com/parks/south_wales/kiln_park/index.aspx
Lots to see / do in the area inc Folly Farm : http://www.folly-farm.co.uk/
& Oakwood : http://www.oakwoodthemepark.co.uk/home/default.asp both in the Tesco clubcard deals scheme.
Lovely beaches etc
also check out Bluestone, similar to C enterparcs with onsite pool etc
you may get a good deal as you are going during term time : http://www.bluestonewales.com/default.aspx

Ruda in North Devon is lovely, we've been there twice and enjoyed it both times. Lovely beaches nearby to visit like saunton sands, woolacombe etc and also The Big Sheep is not far away (can use Tesco vouchers and if you visit early in your holiday you can go back again pretty cheaply, worth it for the indoor play).0
