Difference between "standard" and "Oxford" pillowcases

Can you please tell me what the significant difference is between a standard and an Oxford pillowcase? My brain is having a bit of a blip!

Oxford pillows have an extra bit of fabric around the edge, like this.....
Normal pillow cases just hold the pillow, like this:
