Hi,

I've had a few pm's and people on this thread asking where on YouTube the ads are, I still haven't found anymore on there but the ads mainly show up on larger viewed videos, like this. watch?v=np3QLrHJmRA (put that on end of YouTube link, can't post links yet!)

On the right takes a few seconds to load above the channel info

Would love a few more, I don't know why though because I'm always drawing with them, as soon as anyone posts here I put it in get in the lead then he adds them too! If I find any bigger ones I'll not be posting but will PM it to a few people, it is a competition after all!

May I just say, without being nasty.....:o
While I am sure it is very frustrating to be in the lead then have it taken away from you, I am kind of shocked by your statement that if you find any good codes you will not be posting them!

Many many fellow MSE members:A have spent a lot of their precious time and effort to post the codes for all to use, including by your own admission you!

If it wasn't for the wonderful members like whiskeyman:T for example I doubt you would be anywhere near the lead, and find you attitude selfish and not at all in the spirit of this competition forum.

I understand that this is a competition and yes, everybody would love to be the one to win the new york trip but in cadbury's T&C's it states

Weekly Draw. Once a week for the duration of the campaign (1.1.2010 – 4.4.2010) a participant will be picked at random to win the Weekly Draw

So like the instant win the number of points you have will not matter!

But after reading the T&C's it seems to me(I'm probably wrong here!) it will not necessarily be the top scorer that wins....???

Grand Prize will reward the most engaged participant who has entered the most Creme egg codes and those which are the hardest to find. Finding each Creme Egg code will not only enter the participant into the Instant Win competition but also allow the collection of points. The more points collected, the higher the chance of winning the Grand Prize.

Winner of the Grand Prize will be determined based on their total score; number of Creme Egg codes found and time taken to collect the eggs.

The Grand Prize winner will be selected at 12.00 hours on 09/4/2010 (the ‘Draw Date’) from all participants based on the evaluation system stated above.

However, either way I find it insulting to all the fellow MSE users that you are willing to use all the codes that have been posted on here, (and no doubt the ones to come), but you unlike the rest of us, will not be willing to share the ones you find.

I think it is very unsportsman like! and like I have said before not in the spirit that is this forum has been born

I got most of the codes myself, only the very recent ones have I used. I'm saying I will give any codes I may find to anyone who wants it, just not post it publicly as it IS a competition and there is no way of winning if I find codes then post them here, if I was a lot further behind then yeah it'd make sense to post them here for everyone, but it looks like I'm the closest to beating the top score.

I don't HAVE to give them out at all, it's just if I do find them, I'll give them to others just because I've used a few of the codes from here. Like I said it's a competition, and if I don't do what I've planned to do I won't will, I'm not after weekly just the New York which yeah is based on a few elements but the top scorer hasn't got any other 99 points, just the 1 posted here earlier. So if there is anyone you should be saying that to, it's them, they must have at least 1 code more than us and haven't posted it or any of them here. This is the second post that has said something about the way I'm doing it, so if your not happy with it I won't post at all and just stay back like the top scorer.

Look, it is entirely possible the person with the highest point score is not anything to do with this forum. The lucky git could be a lurker just picking up info that we all put up on this thread.
I realise I will not win the big hol in NY simply because the whole twitter and facebook route will be a no go area for me BUT I go on getting in and posting ALL the codes I find because we all stand a chance of winning a Red Letter Day £100 voucher, and I would rather if it was not me then it be one of you guys.
If that makes me a mug then there you go, I just love when someone, anyone, wins anything!
The whole comp is a very frustrating piece of work enough to test even me who is thee most patient wee person you will meet.
The whole spirit of the comping part of the forum is that we all help each other as much as we can. Whether that's finding comps to post ( I posted my first yesterday:D it was very exciting) or posting the answer to a question or indeed finding these bliddy eggs.

Why are you assuming the top scorer is a MSE user?

And if you have found most yourself why have you not posted them for others to use, just used other peoples to boost yours?

I do not wish to offend or start an argument, I am simply saying I find it selfish, and I know there are probably a lot of users (in both senses of the word) like you on this site, but i find it disheartening, I like to think the best of people, and that members of a site like this are helping each other, as like Grebe says it is wonderful to read the posts of happy MSE users that have won due to the togetherness and sharing of this forum, where they might not have had a chance otherwise.

I would take the fact that this is the second time you have been picked up on something (I have know idea what the other thing you mention is) as a hint.

EDIT:
This is the last I will say on the matter, as I do not want an argument, and this comp is frustrating enough! I have made my point, that I think it is not fair to all the other members and selfish, and if that's what it takes to win (duping others) then I would rather not.
