Anyone got Experience of Crown Estate Agents ?

Options
Hi,
I have just become aware of Crown Estate and Letting Agents in a Town (Burnley) near me. They seem to be offering a good deal £599 +Vat for selling any priced house or £999 + Vat including Solicitors fees. Compared with what the avarage Estate Agents charges this seems good.

I was wondering if anyone had any experince of using them ?

Don't forget Burnley has some of the cheapest houses in the country so estate agents don't want to be selling properties at £25,000 for a 1% selling fee.
    A house isn't a home without a cat.

You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

Yeah it true Burnley does have some cheaper houses but it also has a lot of higher value properties.

But does that estate agent actually manage to sell any of the high value properties?
