I used my Tesco clubcard deals to order a personalised framed dressing room photo for my son for Christmas, through personalisedfootballgifts of County Durham.
I posted my order on Saturday 19th December (expecting it after Christmas as it stated about 5 days to process etc.). I was amazed when it was delivered on Tuesday 22nd December.
I emailed them to congratulate them on their speedy service and also remarked that I was abit disappointed with the frame which had a scratch and scrape marks to the acrylic.
To my surprise I received a replacement frame on Thursday 24th December 2009.
I would definitely recommend them for their speedy delivery, friendly communication and excellent customer service.
