keyboard on my thinkpad t20 is acting up!! press
j you get 1
k / 2
l /3
u /4
i / 5
o /6
p /x
please help i'm ready for throwing it??:mad:

It sounds like you have 'num lock' on - as they are the numeric equivalents on a laptop keyboard.

tried it with numslock on & off but it's still the same? also tried fn & numslock together any other idea's?

You could try 'restoring' to before problem occurred.
