Seeing Globald's post above prompted me to mention that I have an old set of Creative CSW100 speakers. They are probably no longer available but still in daily use even though I have had them for years now, and they still sound good. Of course, there are much better ones available now but my point is I don't think you can go wrong with Creative speakers: They sound great and are very reliable.Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0

We use these Logitech V10s at work, and they give good quality sound - but don't expect them to blow the windows out with fantastic bass power... :rotfl: They are extremely portable, though, since they come in a compartmented plastic 'bag'.0
