No I'm from Up North :D Ask the crew??? I'm more the type to sit in silent torment - the one passenger with the bleached white face with a tinge of grey!! :rotfl: Don't quite know why I'm like this now cos flying never used to bother me.

Same here. I used to be OK, then never flew for years. I think its because I'm claustrophobic.

Don't know if anyone has ever flown from Liverpool but just after take off you bank quite steeply, at which point my DS said, look Mum, there's the park, we might be able to see our house; and I was no use to anyone after that. If I could have got home some other way I would have.
I don't speak to anyone, or even move at all. I just sit there trying to convince myself its just a big bus!
You would be surprised how many people torture themselves, sometimes I can tell and just ask if they are ok, but once we were in the cabin and it got really bumpy suddenly and this woman sat near me just shouted F*** really loudly then got embarassed she'd screamed! It was amusing for me, and laughing about it took her mind off the flying thing. :D

Just as long as you aren't sick... I can't cope with that! :(

If you've ever flown from Liverpool that would have been me! Last time I was coming home from Malaga, I was sat near the back and there were a few Easyjet staff on staff flights who were chatting to the cabin crew and kept asking if I was OK. I must have looked sooo bad.
