Afetrnoon everyone,
Sorry I missed you all the last couple of days - was away with work (which meant no spends) no PAD here, we paid out the deposit for holiday at the weekend and what with moving house and waiting on deposits coming back etc etc etc I think I will just have to be careful for a week or two until everything rights itself again!
Will of course still be on here though!New surname New start!

afternoon PADers and hi  to our newbies.
only 30p today (don't know why i said "only", it's more than usual!) to the tins.
had a little mooch at the boots sale after swimming lesson yesterday (the official reason for entering the shop was the need to bazuka a few verruccas that the boys probably picked up at swimming!). treated us to a few unnecessary bits but all paid for with points :j :money:
feeling virtuous, having taken leah on 2 walks, hoovered everywhere and mopped all the downstairs :A
had to do something before DH gets back from work trip on saturday as have spent far too much time [STRIKE]farming[/STRIKE] doing worthwhile activities other than cleaningsince he left last friday...
off to pick up the boys now. please please let them behave reasonably until bedtime!Mortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

Hi All,
A lovely £58.51 to house savings for me :-)
Yey!!
I definately think that making payments daily makes you re-assess your spending - i.e i could have a coke for £1.50 or I could put that in my savings!!2024 - happy, healthy, quality over quantity, buy nothing new (and 2nd hand only if NEEDED), mindful spending, nurturing myself and family, living for now.
Mortgage @ 31/12/23 £248k - too high, interest rate gone up - want this down asap!
Debt @ 31/12/23 £16k - no interest - will clear over 5 years hopefully.
Emergency savings £4k - been ransacked over last year - needs attention :-(0 -
