BSOD on boot and restarts, Please help

Hi guys
I am getting a BSOD STOP Error 000000021a. It appears then immediately restarts and keeps doing so each subsequent time it loads. This is getting very annoying and I have tried to search for a resolution or the cause, can't find either.
Any help would be great

What OS are you using?
Is it a fresh installation or an old one?
If the latter, what did you do immediately before this started happening?0 -

try safe mode, by pressing f8 before windows starts.!!

I have tried a search on that stop code and have not found anything.
Check to see if any other codes are present and check them here

Recheck the error code. Suspect it may be STOP Error 0xC000021A.
If so, Google for that and you get lots of hits.0
