In a falling market he's paid more than what it's worth next month maybe.
Don't stress over what he paid and what he thinks the house is worth. Market value is what the market will pay for it.0 -
I appreciate what you say and on the whole he can boast all he likes but he was a little less than convincing he had paid £63k for a house that was advertised at £78k in Oct, 1st time advertised too. He was bragging to my nephew who won't be able to get a foot on the housing ladder for quite some time. He has bought it as a btl. Then he bragged how much rent he would get over and above the mortgage he has on it but there is a difference of 10k.poppysarah wrote: »In a falling market he's paid more than what it's worth next month maybe.
