Sky by Broadband HELP

Hi about a week ago i downloaded sky by broadband and since then ive downloaded three films to watch but they wont play! I click on the film press play and the windows media player box comes up says ready but nothing plays. Any suggestions on what is happening?? Thanks Liz.

try re-installing wmp10 if not it may be the software, it may not have installed the codecs needed to play the movies

:j You can only put skybybroadband on to one pc, as it wont work on another, skybybroadband will work with WMP11 and W Media centre, download wmp11 from m$ and see if that works also if not email sky via there skybybroadband website and ask them what else you need it works fine on mine but then I'm beta testing vista which is what it's ment for. hope this helps T:j
