use an accurate fridge thermometer to control your fridge temp to about 3 - 4 degrees. IF it is already and the ice is still forming then it probably can't be stopped, but I imagine it starts because there is an exposed pipe with coolant in, and maybe its possible to tie a bit of foam around the pipe, just a guess.

If the ice is forming on the large cooling panel then there's nothing you can do IMO, except stop opening (so many times) and holding the fridge door open, doing this lets the penguins out and the fish in.

seal all bags of food properly when you put it back in freezer, as its the water inside food items that builds up. yuk when I think i used to break off lumps of ice as kid and eat it, should have listened to my mum after all !!!!

Check that the door is closing properly & that the seal is in good order & making contact all around the fridge.

Could be that the little drain hole is blocked, give it a little poke around with a drinking straw or very gently with a skewer. Switch the fridge of at the plug first though.
