Hi,
I have a Dell PC. Couple of days I had some problems with my PC so decided to quick restore it. All done fine but when-ever I play videos on WMP or Nero - they half screen not full wide screen. Any idea why why this is hapeniing and how can I sort it out?
Thanks

Yes, you've not selected "Full Screen" in the media player you're using.0

I would recommend getting VLC (Videolan) which is far superior simply because it is not as cluttered, all you do is go to the video tab at the top, or aspect ratio.
It is also completely free.

I have selected "full screen" it does get maximised but its not full wide. The video appears in the middle of the screen.
Sparhawke, I have used VLC player - it was already installed o my PC but same problem.

The only other thing I can think of right now off the top of my head apart from the two possibles I mentioned is by going into the video tab again, and finding the "crop" option and selecting one after the other...apart from that without physically seeing what you are seeing I cannot suggest much, especially if it happens in multiple viewers
