Mmm Ok then first of all delete Temp files and history, Tools, Internet Options, General tab and youll see it there, also in Internet Options, click the Settings button and tick "every visit to the page" then OK.

Good point - I can't get it to work with IE, but it works fine with Firefox.

I would say swap browser "maybe" but he may not be able to download or install programs on a network or restricted PC
