hello guys, sorry this is ma first post so appologies beforehand.
i joined talktalk international package two years ago, i choose them because i make a lot of international calls, europe mainly. at that time i had to disconnect after 70 min then call agian so i wouldnt get charged. about a week ago i have noticed the 70 mins is reduced to 60 mins from feb. the problem i have, i was not informed by talktalk about this chnage. i called them yesterday and they said we appologies for not informing you but we cant pay you the over charges. is there anything i can do?

Is there no one to give me an advice in what i can do. talktalk didnt notify me about their changes and they admit to that. and they have over charged me. but they are not prepared to pay me back all of it. is this not a fraud?0

It is the supplier's responsibility to nofity you of any significant changes to their terms and conditions, especially those which put you at a disadvantage.
If you were not notified of such changes, then you have a good case.
However you say that the change was in February and if I were Talk Talk I'd question why you're querying this almost a year later.0 -

Hi imsraj,
As per my reply in your other thread the changes were made in April 09 and all customers were informed on their March incvoice about the changes that were being made.
Cheers
