My candle arrived yesterday (Monday) and mine was also smashed to pieces. They could have packaged them slightly better. I am also e-mailing in the hope of getting a replacement but very disappointing after waiting for so long.0

I took my candle out today to light it... thankfully the glass jar is fine .... but the wick had come away at the bottom so was about 5mm down inside the candle. I had to spend 15 minutes with a needle and tweezers picking down through the candle to retrieve it! Candle is burning now, smelling absolutely scrummy!
I really hope those with broken candles get a replacement as they definitely weren't packaged very well. I think just because it's a win, doesn't mean you shouldn't complain.:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j0 -

I received mine on the 18th as well and the glass was completely smashed. I called the helpline number on the website (the general one) and was offered points on my advantage card to the value of the candle, so that may be an option for some people.

after months of emails and no replys , i decided to email boots customer services and they said they will send me one when stocks come back in, and they sent me one on monday at last:T0
