Hiya, I won one of these too. After sending 2 emails I phoned Boots 2 weeks ago and
spoke with 'Becky' who told me that there has been a stock problem with the candle but all winners should receive their prize within the next 2 - 3 weeks. She also said that if we don't get them by mid January to give her a call back. Hope this helps.

My candle arrived this morning (left with a neighbour by DHL.... no card through my door though - thankfully I have honest neighbours)!

My candle arrived today too but it was really badly packaged and was smashed to pieces (the jar that the candle is in). I'm so disappointed. I've emailed them and am hoping they'll send me another one but not sure what my rights are with this. Obviously, if I'd ordered and paid for it, I would have been entitled to another but with it being a prize, I'm not so sure.
