Council tax money, do you pay over 10, but I seem to think that you pay it all on your credit card to get Tesco points :)

Is the hubbie good at odd job? If so, I'll rent him for a weekend as long as I get to give him back:rotfl:

Men are like other people's children, ok as long as you can hand them back at the end of the day;)

    Raddish the more the merrier!:T
Council tax we pay over 12 months, this year we will be paying monthly by CC for the points, no discount anymore for paying in full up front.

:rotfl:He is good at electricals, no good at plastering, tried it once, it was hilarious! I could rent him to you for a weekend in exchange for a very expensive, totally unjustified toaster and kettle, oh yes, you would need to feed im for the weekend too!

Unfortunately I already have an orange kitchen!! Left by previous owners, I hasten to add!! Seriously though, I really would love a pink kitchen but don't think hubby would agree to that :o

Hmm, i'm sure if you leave it long enough it will be back in fashion, red ones are back in you know!

I have started the major 'sort out', put lots of items on 'Freecyle', so many people replied I have had to write a list of who is coming, for what and when! The hardest part is going to be keeping the dog off the window sill when the door bell keeps ringing!

Have also sorted out other items and advertised them to sell on Adtrader, am hoping for lots of [STRIKE]enquiries[/STRIKE]sales!

We have paid our deposit for our windows:eek: thats it, we are commited now:eek:

That's lots of  when they're all :D things!
  • I agree with eva, you will feel great when it is done, so less .

(I know what you mean though about hating the spending money. ;))
  • Lol, it was more the thought of the dog going bonkers everytime the door bell rings ()!
Most items have now been collected, only one more to go (so far, three black bags full and four full boxes:j). Just need AdTrader to produce some buyers now.

Anyone any ideas on paint colours that will compliment my Oak units and dining suite?

I think I would really like the 2nd one but in a rustic black, i'm so hard to please, trying to match old n new is not easy!

  • I like the 2nd one, very nice, can't picture it in black in my head though, do you have a pic??

Btw, the kettle & toaster are both lush, very stylish, will look fab in your kitchen!!

Can't help with the paint colour, pink is still my colour of choice!! :o
